Things to do
The town of Margaret River with its hotel, pubs, restaurants, craft galleries and gift shops is a short walk away.

The area is famous for its wineries and the local cheese factory is open to the public. There are beaches and sea fishing at nearby Prevelly and some magnificent caves both north and south of Margaret River. Explore the river by canoe or walk among the tall trees and discover the beauty of the local bush.

Walk trails & wildflowers
The woodland around Riverview is criss-crossed with an extensive network of walking (or jogging!) trails from which you can see a wide variety of plants, trees, birds and wildflowers. This is the best way to unwind and get close to nature in the peace and solitude of our ancient hardwood forests
 
A new walk bridge over Margaret River has been recently placed within the vicinity of the park, which allows guests to make full use of the walk tracks through the forest to the end of town.

Great walks through the forest opposite to the Main Street and 10-mile dam, which is accessible from the new bridge located near the park. Modern BBQ facilities at the river and the campers kitchen, free of charge. Guest laundry. Play boule, netball and badminton on the grassed areas. Abundant bird life will visit you while you relax on your private balcony. All cabins have reverse cycle air-conditioning. With such a picturesque setting, it is hard to believe that you are only 800 metres from the main street.
